A modified version of an instrument developed by the Emergency departments at Children’s Hospital at Scottish Rite, Children’s at Egleston, and Children’s Hughes Spalding to assist with a large influx of patients with flu-like symptoms is posted here. This instrument is intended for use by a physician or office nurse responding to a call by a family with a child with suspected Influenza. Feel free to adapt or modify it to suit your needs.
